The architectural firm of , Architect and Associates, P.C. has been providing architectural services since 1997. Tim's path towards becoming a licensed Architect (New York State) has been a unique blend of hands on construction experience, formal education and time in apprenticeship. Tim believes that a true understanding of the materials and methods comes through actual construction experience.

Tim has developed a low cost slipform stone building system that is featured, along with his own home, in the May/June 2004 Issue of Natural Home magazine and in the March 1999 issue of Designer/Builder Magazine.
