Customer service is very important to us. We understand how important it is to have all of your questions answered before purchasing a plan and then building a new home. We display as much information as we can gather on each plan’s Detail Page, and we provide detailed and (hopefully) complete answers more than 20 commonly asked questions in the FAQ and Important Info sections of our website, but these don’t help much when you’ve got specific questions about specific plans.
So we invite you to call us to get answers to your specific questions. We’re always happy to respond to emailed questions, and do so every day when they arrive, but a written answer is never as complete as one delivered over the phone. You’ll get to speak to a real “live” person (usually me), who knows the plans and the architects well and has access to both, for as long as it takes to get complete and comprehensible answers to your questions.
We take great pride in the way we deal with our customers, and I personally enjoy the experience. Internet business can be a blessing for customers and retailers, but I for one miss the personal aspect of business.
