Customer service is very important to us.
We understand how important it is to have all of your questions answered before purchasing a plan. We display as much information as we can gather on each plan’s Detail Page, and we provide detailed and complete answers to 28 commonly asked questions in the FAQ and Important Info sections of our website, but they can’t answer specific questions about a particular house you might be interested in.
If you have questions, please call me. We’re always happy to respond to emailed questions, and do so every day when they arrive, but a written answer is never as complete as one delivered over the phone. I know the plans and the architects well, and have access to both. And as long as your questions are about our plans, you can’t wear me out!
We take great pride in the way we deal with our customers, and I enjoy talking to folks. The internet makes it possible for you to see and purchase our plans, but I for one really miss the personal aspect of business.
