Unobstructed Views

Architect: Mount Bachelor Design Studio

Total Sq. Ft.: 3046  Bedrooms: 3  Baths: 2.5

This stunningly attractive home was originally designed for a pair of avid golfers who wanted a spacious upstairs master suite, and unobstructed views of the golf course. A unique "texture" was created on the exterior by using alternating 4" and 8" horizontal cedar siding, which pairs beautifully with the stone veneer and tile roof. Small rectangular windows add to this home's appeal both inside and out.

Contemporary Mission Style

Total Sq. Ft.: 3310  Bedrooms: 4  Baths: 2.5

This beautiful Mission–style home features an uncluttered exterior that emphasizes its clean lines, gentle arches, and tile roof. A contemporary expression of a classic style, inside and out. One of the most beautiful design elements – the canopied observation tower with open decks on two sides – is also one of the most interesting and fun areas of the house. And the covered walkway that nearly encircles the house, along with the covered porch at the front and the covered patio at the rear, allow for constant contact with nature.

Rustic Yet Elegant

Architect: Brian Hanlen
Brooks Design / Build, Inc.

Total Sq. Ft.: 2804  Bedrooms: 2  Baths: 2.5

This is a truly unique and striking home, inside and out. Wood detailing and siding are combined with a plethora of contemporary windows on the exterior, and stunning wood treatments and angled lines are featured in the interior. On the main level the spacious kitchen features a huge center island and a walk–in pantry; the dining room has a great view through sliding glass doors that open to a private deck; and the living room has a fireplace and a panoramic view. The master suite is upstairs, along with a second bedroom suite and an office/guest room, and on the lower level – should you choose to build it – there's a third bedroom suite, a bunkroom with its own full bath, and a spacious family room.

Lakeside Observatory

Architect: Leigh Overland
Leigh Overland Architect, LLC

Total Sq. Ft.: 2880  Bedrooms: 3  Baths: 3.0

This unique home was originally designed and oriented for lakeside views. An octagon shaped Master bedroom with a wraparound deck, and an upper third floor observatory that opens to a long roof deck, provide fantastic views in all directions. Both the master bedroom and bath have vaulted ceilings and share a two–sided fireplace, and the suite also includes a small office. There are two additional bedrooms on the upper level, and circular stairs in an open loft space lead to the observatory.

On A Clear Day

Total Sq. Ft.: 3980  Bedrooms: 3  Baths: 3.5

What stands out most about this striking home is its plethora of windows. Clearly (yes, the pun is intended) a view house, with lower and upper glazing wrapping from corner to corner around the entire rear of the house, there are also quite a number of smaller windows used throughout the house. The result is a bold and truly unique design statement. All this glass, combined with simple, high quality materials and finishes and unique rooflines, created an elegant, one–of–a–kind home.
