Description
Originally designed to provide a view of an inland lake from the rear of the home, Good Morning's pleasing appearance works well in any environment. The practical front entry and front facing garage give little hint of the fun and interesting architecture of this exciting home.
The Good Morning home is designed around a rearward and/or side view. The entry hall of this home leads past the den/office and into the open floor plan of the curved living room, kitchen, dining room area. Centered among the abundant view windows on this curved rear corner is an eye-catching and visually anchoring fireplace. The screened porch off the dining room provides a beautiful place to relax and enjoy fresh outdoor breezes. The large master suite boasts a walk-in closet and a large bath.
Upstairs, a curved loft area overlooks the living room with its vaulted ceilings. The two upstairs bedrooms share a full bath. Skylights above bedroom 3 and the bath bring in lots of healthy natural light.
The lower level of the home is designed as a potential walkout basement. The size and shape is about the same as the main level. Other than the mechanical room of the home, it is unfinished. Provisions have been made in the plans for the addition of another full bath, thus allowing for the possibility of a future guest bedroom or recreation area.
At 47'-4" wide, this home can be sited on relatively narrow lots. The walkout basement option works well for rear or side sloping lots.
Foundation Info
This house was originally designed to have a basement foundation. However, if you prefer a crawlspace or a slab foundation, these are fairly simple and inexpensive changes that your builder can often make for you. If the basement design is not displayed in the Floor Plans, it's because it is unfinished.
