Description
Designed for casual living, the St. Croix Cottage features an upstairs bunk room, light-filled gallery, and a comfortable great room (focused around a large brick fireplace) which flows through three sets of terrace doors onto a sun deck. Smaller rooms- kitchen, dining room, screened proch- revolve around this great room like planets around the sun.
Three generous bedrooms, including one with four built-in bunks, nestle under the sloping roof upstairs. The bathing room enjoys a spacious, old-world feeling with a pedestal sink, claw-foot soaking tub and separate shower basking in the light from two large windows.
Foundation Info
This house was originally designed to have a basement foundation. However, if you prefer a crawlspace or a slab foundation, these are fairly simple and inexpensive changes that your builder can often make for you. If the basement design is not displayed in the Floor Plans, it's because it is unfinished.
