Description

This one bedroom home was originally designed to face north, with large expansive views in the great room. The wrap-around porch makes this home ideal for more secluded sites, or those with views. It would make a cozy retreat for those interested in smaller homes.

One enters off the verandah deck, into the large great room. The vaulted ceiling allows the windows and views to extend the full two stories. The great room features a wood stove, which would easily heat the entire house. There is an open kitchen, a bedroom, and a full bath on this level as well.

On the upper level, an open loft covers half of the floor plan. The rest is open to the great room below.

The optional basement may hold additional bedrooms if needed, storage, a cellar, and a laundry/utility room.

Foundation Info
This house was originally designed to have a basement foundation. However, if you prefer a crawlspace or a slab foundation, these are fairly simple and inexpensive changes that your builder can often make for you. If the basement design is not displayed in the Floor Plans, it's because it is unfinished.
