This home is ideal for a large or growing family. If built with the basement, this six bedroom house maintains a relatively small footprint with a flexible and functional floor plan. The exterior features beveled cedar siding and abundant windows and skylights, while the stucco–like exterior at the basement level helps keep costs down.

Coming off the entry porch, you enter the foyer, which opens up to an open living space, dining room and kitchen. A stone hearth sits in one corner, and skylights grace the vaulted ceiling. A sun porch is off the living room, bringing in the southern sun. Windows and glazed doors line the south wall, making the living space sunny, and giving views to the deck beyond. As you walk around the kitchen, you pass the laundry room and full bath, into a hallway that leads to two bedrooms.

If the basement level is desired, there are four additional bedrooms, which all have windows for natural daylight, a full bath, a playroom, and room for storage.

This house was originally designed to have a basement foundation. However, if you prefer a crawlspace or a slab foundation, these are fairly simple and inexpensive changes that your builder can often make for you. If the basement design is not displayed in the Floor Plans, it's because it is unfinished.
