Description

This home provides an open plan to take advantage of the floor to ceiling windows that grace the living and dining rooms. The vaulted ceiling and clerestory windows provide ample glazing for sunshine and views of trees and sky above them.

The entrance is located by the large kitchen, which is open to the living and dining spaces. The vaulted ceiling, abundant glazing, and skylights create an open and sunny environment. A large kitchen island visually separates the kitchen from the other living spaces, and provides work space and counter seating. The master bedroom, second bedroom, and shared bath are conveniently located off the central space, and get heated by the fireplace located in the living room. An additional half-bath is located by the garage, and an outdoor shower is designed for those coming from the beach.

Upstairs, on open mezzanine provides room for guests or may be used as an office space. A partial basement provides a shop with a workbench, and holds the washer/dryer, utility sink, and extra freezer.

Foundation Info
This house was originally designed to have a basement foundation. However, if you prefer a crawlspace or a slab foundation, these are fairly simple and inexpensive changes that your builder can often make for you. If the basement design is not displayed in the Floor Plans, it's because it is unfinished.
