Red Mountain Lodge is a cozy three–bedroom house, with wood shingles and siding on the exterior. Exposed cedar rafters accent the roof overhangs, and a large picture window in the living area brings in sunshine and views to the open floor plan interior.

As you come off the covered front entry porch, you enter the foyer, which is open to the great room. The vaulted ceiling of the great room allows large picture windows over the glazed doors, which create outdoor views that span the two–story space. The glazed doors from the great room lead to an outdoor deck. The deck has open exposed roof rafters above it, with the roofing removed, which allows more sunlight into the interior space. The great room has a fireplace on one side, and is open to the dining area and kitchen. From the kitchen you can see into the office space located next to it, which is separated from the kitchen by the counter and upper cabinets. A hallway from the kitchen leads to a laundry room, a half bath, a mudroom and a garage. To the right of the entry are a stairwell and a master bedroom. The master bedroom has a walk–in closet and a full bath with both a shower and a tub, and has a separate toilet room.

On the upper floor the hallway balcony is enlarged to create a small loft space, and is open to the great room below. A full bath is located next to the stairwell, and two bedrooms are located on either side of the loft. Both bedrooms feature walk–in closets, and have access to attic storage space.
