This cozy four–bedroom home is clad with wood cedar shingles and siding. The floor plan is efficient and simple, providing maximum wall space for windows and natural ventilation.

The front entry porch is framed with two pairs of tapered "Doric" wood columns. After entering the generous foyer, a nook next to a coat closet provides space for a bench, and to the right are a powder room and a stairwell. Just before a door to the screened porch straight ahead, you turn left to enter an open living/hearth room, with a central fireplace to the right and a dining area to the left. Nooks in the dining room create a window niche, and an opportunity to have built–in cabinetry. The room is open to the breakfast room and kitchen, which features a center island with a counter for eating. From the kitchen there is a mud hall, which leads to a laundry room, a mudroom, and a three–car garage.

After coming up the stairs, the master bedroom suite is the first door off of the landing. The master bedroom ceiling slopes up to an 11' flat ceiling, and the master bath has both a shower and a tub.
