This one–story home provides spacious living and working areas, with a generous sized kitchen and a shop/storage space in the garage. Special features include a 12' barrel vaulted ceiling in the great room, and a 14' high ceiling in the formal dining room.

After coming in from the covered entry, you enter a foyer space with a 14' vaulted ceiling. Straight ahead is the great room with a fireplace facing you from the far end of the room. Large windows flank both sides of the fireplace, giving outdoor views to the backyard beyond. To the right of the entry foyer is a formal dining room, with a built–in in one corner, and niches in the other two corners to display photos and other special keepsakes. Across from the dining room is a spacious kitchen and breakfast room. The U–shaped kitchen features a pantry in one corner, and a central island with an eating counter. The breakfast room is filled with sunlight from the three windows, and a door leads to a covered patio for outdoor dining. Between the kitchen and dining room is a laundry room with a utility sink, which leads to a shop/storage area and a two–car garage. On the other side of the entry foyer are the private bedrooms and a study. The master bedroom sits at the farthest end of the hallway for maximum privacy, and has a 10' raised ceiling. The master bath has a private toilet room, a Jacuzzi tub, a separate shower, and a second walk–in closet. Next to the master bedroom are a shared full bath and two more bedrooms.

If you choose to build a basement, an optional floor plan is provided with a stairwell to the basement. The shop/storage area can be minimized to provide room for a stairwell and a powder room.
