This three–level cottage features a number of unique design elements, particularly at the rooflines. Abundant windows, along with a large screened porch and deck off the great room, allow you to enjoy the views to either side of the house. Andy's Point also has a small footprint, making it ideal for smaller and/or narrow lots.

Tapered columns frame the opening to a covered entry space. Upon entering, a stairwell to the main floor is just to the right, and an open recreation room is straight ahead. At the rear of the rec room there is a full bath, a laundry room, and a mechanical room, and a door from this room opens to a long single–car garage with a large workshop space on the far end.

After coming upstairs to the main level of the house, you enter an open great room with a stone fireplace hearth. Windows in the great room are angled to maximize views, and a door leads to a screened porch, which opens onto the upper deck. Like all the rooms on the main level, the ceiling is set at 9'. The great room is completely open to the kitchen and the dining area. The kitchen has a large island with a raised snack bar on one side, a walk–in pantry closet, and windows in the corner behind the sinks for light and views. A small hall off the great room leads to two bedrooms and a shared full bath.

On the upper floor is the master suite. The bedroom features a stone fireplace, and large angled windows that mimic those in the great room below. A large walk–in closet with a window is at one end of the room, and a full bath with an oversized shower and a tub is at the other end. The ceiling in the bedroom rises to 11' down the center of the room.
