This home has two 2–car garages, one for the main house, and another for the in–law unit, which is located next to the main house. It was originally built on a sloped lot with views at the left side of the house, so views are emphasized on this side with abundant windows, two covered decks and a screened porch. If your site dictates that your views should be oriented to the rear instead of the side, this home has the flexibility to be oriented in this way. The "L" shaped front porch allows this home to be oriented with the decks and screened porch facing the back, which allows the driveway to the garages to face the front.

After coming off of the covered porch, you enter a foyer space with a pair of doors to an office/bedroom on the right.
