This four–bedroom home has many of the charming qualities found in traditional European homes, yet the interior rooms are open and spacious. The steep roofs are reminiscent of the mansard style roof, and have charming curved roof dormers which bring in sunlight to the upper bonus room.

After entering the foyer space from the covered porch, there is an arched opening on your left to a formal dining room, and a pair of doors on your right that open onto a guest room/study. Straight ahead, you pass a stairwell and a coat closet before passing through a small arched opening into the open great room. The great room has a fireplace on one side, and windows at the rear wall which look out to the covered patio. From the great room, a small hall leads to a coat closet, a powder room, and to a secondary door into the guest room. A large arched opening separates the great room from the kitchen. A long raised counter on the center kitchen island can be used for eating. The kitchen also has a large breakfast nook, which has a door to the covered patio at the rear, and plenty of counter space for storage and prep work.

From the kitchen, a rear hall accesses the master suite, the stairwell to the basement level, the dining room, the laundry room, which has another half bath, and the three–car garage. A nook in the hallway allows space for a bench and coat hooks to remove shoes and coats after coming in from the garage. The master bedroom includes a small nook for a desk area, and the master bath features a whirlpool tub, a separate shower, two separate vanity sinks, a private toilet, and a large walk–in closet.

The upstairs landing opens up to an office/reading area, and has a laundry chute to the laundry room below. There are two more bedrooms, a full bath, a media room with a prep sink, and a large bonus room located over the garage.
