This modified version of the extremely popular Luxury Living home is ideal for those who don't wish to build a lower (walk–out basement) level. Another bedroom has been added, while keeping the same square footage on the main level as the original house. Along with the removal of the basement level, the main level powder room is relocated to the front entry, which creates a more open and spacious breakfast area with clear views outward. On the upper level there is now a full bedroom suite with a full bath, and with the removal of one of the staircases, it allows for additional square footage for a loft area next to the library.

As you approach this stunning luxury home, the covered entry has a curved roof supported by tapered columns wrapped in stone veneer. A pair of tall doors open to a magnificent two–story entry hall, with curving stairs on the right rising to the upper level, and a powder room on your left is defined by a matching curved outer wall. Straight ahead is a flying bridge supported by beautiful wood columns that connects the rooms on the upper level, and as you pass under it you step down into a sumptuous great room.

The ceiling in the great room soars to nearly 25' in the center, and the far wall is bowed out and filled with glass on both the main and upper levels. Glass doors in the center open to a large patio space beneath a dramatic barrel ceiling, which is surrounded by a huge open patio with a large fireplace on one side and a grill area on the other.

To the left from the entry hall there's a formal dining room and a large gourmet kitchen that's open to a casual family space. The dining room enjoys views to and through the front porch, and through the family area for views to the rear. The ceilings here – like all of the non–vaulted rooms on the main level – are set at a lofty 10', and over the kitchen and family area there's a grid pattern created by the use of exposed wood beams. The kitchen has a large L–shaped island, loads of counter and cabinet space, and a trio of windows over the sinks for light and views. Sliding glass doors open to the open patio space with a grill, and large windows look out to this same space from the family room. Across from the kitchen is an extra large walk–in pantry.

An opening off the kitchen next to the pantry leads to a bedroom suite and a laundry room. The bedroom has a view to the rear, and a glass door that opens to a small curved patio. It has a full bath that can also be accessed from the laundry room, where another door opens to a four–car garage with attic storage space above it.

To the right from the entry hall there's a vestibule that provides access to the master suite, a lovely library, and a hallway to another bedroom suite. The master bedroom is quite spacious, and it features a corner fireplace in a sitting area that can be enjoyed from bed, three wide windows that look out to the patio area with a large outdoor fireplace, and sliding glass doors that provide access to the patio. The bath has a large jetted tub in the corner set beneath wide windows, a separate shower, two separate vanities, and a private toilet. A door here opens to a large walk–in closet. The library on the other side of the vestibule enjoys views to the front, as does the bedroom, along with views to the side and rear. Sliding glass doors in the bedroom open to a private patio.

Upstairs there's room for a bedroom suite on one side and a loft with a private balcony on the other, or for two full bedroom suites.
