The Lasca is an attractive Craftsman home with cedar shingles, and curved roofs and dormers. The perfect home for a large family, it has four bedrooms, a family room upstairs, and a parents' suite on the main floor. A full-length verandah connects the living and dining spaces with the outdoors.

Upon entering the generous foyer, there is a spacious walk–in closet to the left. To the right is a wood bench with storage below for taking off shoes and coats. A partial wall gives you views to the sunken living room beyond, which features a built–in window seat, and doors to the exterior deck. Off the hall is a full bath with laundry, which is also used as the master bath, and has a pocket door going to the master closet and master bedroom. The other side of the main hall leads into the large and airy kitchen and dining space. Windows line the walls, filling the space with light, and providing exterior views. A center island with seating in the kitchen provides more counter space, and a wood stove in the corner brings warmth on cold days.

The stairwell is well–lit from the skylight above, and brings you to an open family room on the upper floor. The four bedrooms are off this central space, with the full bath conveniently taking up the rest of the space. The bath features two separate sinks, and a tub located within a bay window.

The optional basement creates additional space with a large recreation room, potential bedroom, and ample storage space.
