First Floor
The foyer off the front porch leads you past the central stairway to the partially vaulted (rising dramatically from 8' to 20') great room and dining area beyond. Windows all along the rear wall of the house provide views as well as abundant natural light. The partially vaulted kitchen – with lots of windows for views and light – is separated from the dining area by a breakfast bar, and it features a large pantry. The screened porch off the kitchen makes a wonderful spot for meals on warm evenings.

The master bedroom shares an optional fireplace with the great room, and includes two large walk–in closets and a dressing area. A trio of large windows provide abundant natural light along with views to the rear. The main section of the master bath has a 60"x42" tub/shower that has two windows and a vaulted ceiling above it and half the walk–in closet next to it, and a sink/vanity. A pocket door opens to a private toilet with another sink, that then opens to a large laundry room that can also be accessed from the foyer. The unique design of the bath area allows the private toilet to function as a powder room as well.

Second Floor
When you reach the landing on the upper level, there are three doors on your left. One opens to a full bath; another opens to a storage closet that can be converted to house the HVAC system; and the third opens to a large storage space, most of which is under the eaves. Bedroom 2 has two eave storage spaces that flank a pair of windows facing the rear. And a pair of windows on an adjacent wall provide additional light as well as cross-ventilation.

The rest of the upper floor has a loft–like look and feel. A 42"–high wall runs the width of the house – from bedroom 2 to a balcony at the other end – that looks down to the living and dining spaces below, and more than half of it features a built–in bookcase. Two dormers facing the rear and another facing the front allow light to fill this upper level, which also has a study area and a private balcony.

The garage has room for two side–by–side cars, a unique greenhouse area with a floor drain and double doors opening to the outside that can hold a third vehicle if you'd prefer, and a workshop area with a sink. Pull–down stairs provide access to an 8'–wide attic storage space above the garage.
