Description

After entering into the foyer, you're greeted with a view to the impressive stone fireplace in the great room. Columns support the loft above the entry, and frame the view to the great room. As you enter the great room, the ceilings vault above, allowing the stone of the fireplace to go up the full two stories. The great room walls angle at the fireplace, which create different views through the bay of windows that flank the fireplace. The room is open to the dining room and the kitchen beyond. An island sits in the center of the kitchen, and a door next to the kitchen leads to a screened–in porch. To the left of the entry is a hallway that leads to a half bath, a laundry room, and a stairway to the garage and lower floor. To the right of the entry are a master bedroom suite, another bedroom and a full bath. The master bedroom has a door to an outdoor deck that wraps around the back of the house, and the bath features a whirlpool tub, a separate shower, and a separate toilet room.

From the main level, a curved stairwell leads to an optional upper loft. It is open to the great room below, and has a pair of doors that leads to an outdoor deck that's located above the front entry. The loft is 350 square feet and increases the square footage of the house to 2670 S.F.

If you choose to build the lower level, you pass the garage mid–level as you go downstairs. On the lower level there is an open recreation room in the center, with windows and a door to the exterior. There is a bar counter and sink, as well as an under counter refrigerator, eliminating the need to go upstairs. There is also a full bath, a storage closet, a workroom and another bedroom on this level.
