At the rear of the house is a spectacular two–story family room space, which has doors and views to the rear patio, and which is open to the kitchen. The spacious kitchen features a center work island, an eating counter, a breakfast nook with bay windows, and a door to the rear covered patio.

Upstairs, the hall is open to the gallery and family room spaces below. The left wing has two bedrooms and a full bath, while the right wing is devoted to the master bedroom suite. After entering the master bedroom, you enter a sitting area with windows and doors to a covered balcony. You pass two walk–in closets as you go towards the large master bath, which features a toilet room, a shower, a tub, and a door to a private covered balcony.

Foundation Info
This house was originally designed to have a slab foundation. You can of course change it to a full or partial basement, or to a crawlspace, but you will need the help of a local builder or designer, and the new foundation plans should be reviewed by a structural engineer prior to construction.
