After entering the foyer from the covered entry, you are greeted by a center rotunda space that is open to the two–story ceiling above. To the left is a formal dining room and to the right is a large library/den with built–ins, with coffered ceilings in both rooms. After you pass the spiral staircase that connects to the rotunda, you enter a bright two–story living room with a bar in one corner, a fireplace flanked by built–ins, and two–story views to the rear. The coffered ceiling in the living room rises from a majestic 20'-2" to 21'-2". To the right of the living room is a small hall that leads to two bedroom suites. The rear bedroom has a pair of French doors and windows looking out to the rear, coffered ceilings, a walk–in closet and a luxurious bath with both a tub and a shower. The front bedroom, which could also be used as a guest room or maid's room, has its own private bath and a view to the front. To the left of the center rotunda is a gallery space, where you can access the elevator, a butler's pantry, the kitchen, and utilitarian spaces such as a powder room, laundry room, and three–car garage. The gourmet kitchen, which has a walk–in pantry and a center island with a six–burner stove, is open to the breakfast room. The sunlit breakfast room has a coffered ceiling, and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. It also has a door that leads to the covered patio at the rear, which has a barbeque area and a full cabana bath. The breakfast room is open to the large family room as well, which has raised, coffered ceilings, built–ins, and access to the utilitarian spaces. You may also add a secondary door in the family room to the cabana bath, for additional access.

As you climb up the spiral staircase, steps to the right lead to a private wing with two bedroom suites and a mechanical room. Each bedroom features a walk–in closet and a private full bath, and the front bedroom has its own private balcony. Both bedrooms also feature coffered ceilings. If you continue up the spiral stairs, you land on the rotunda balcony, which has views to the spaces below. A bedroom suite with a full bath and private balcony is located immediately off of the rotunda. On the other side of the rotunda is a hall that leads to the elevator, a sixth bedroom suite, a laundry room, and the master suite. The master bedroom features a morning bar and a linen closet upon entering the room. As you walk into the main bedroom space you have a view of the covered terrace through windows and a pair of French doors. To the left is a dressing area that separates two huge walk–in closets. To the right, a sitting room with curved bay windows, leads to a luxurious master bath. The bath features two private toilet rooms, a large shower, a separate tub that sits below curved bay windows, and two separate vanity sinks.
