This beautiful Mediterranean style home has abundant space within its finely detailed exterior. High ceilings, curved balconies, and decorative ceilings accent the interior spaces. The lower level has abundant living spaces, including a media room, an exercise room, a family room, and formal living and dining rooms, while the upstairs is devoted to four bedroom suites, each with their own full bath.

The curved entry steps have decorative columns that hold up the two–story porch ceiling. Upon entering the home, a round opening above looks up to the second floor ceiling that reaches 20' in height. Arched openings are framed by decorative columns, and look into a formal dining room at the left and a media room at the right, which has sliding doors to close off the room. Straight ahead is an open hall and the living room. The large living room has a coffered ceiling that reaches 24', a fireplace, and glass doors that look out to the covered patio at the rear. The picture windows above the glass doors bring in additional natural light and outdoor views. The covered patio ceiling reaches 24' plus, which helps to shade the abundant glass so that they don't let in too much sun and heat. To the right of the living room are a stairwell and an exercise room. The exercise room has a walk–in closet and a cabana bath, which has a secondary door to the backyard. This room could also be used as a guest room or fifth bedroom.

As you walk down the open hall to the kitchen, you pass a nook with a bar before reaching a vestibule. To the left of the vestibule are a powder room, a laundry/utility room, and a two–car garage. To the right is the kitchen and family room. The kitchen has a counter with a raised bar for eating, and it looks out to the family room and the breakfast nook. It features a pantry room as well as a butler's pantry for additional storage. A nook provides an ideal space for wine storage, and the breakfast area has an octagon–shaped coffered ceiling. A pair of doors opens onto the covered patio at the rear.

On the upper floor an elegant curved balcony looks down to the living room below on one side. On the other side, a smaller balcony looks down to a plant shelf, which has a round opening that looks down to the foyer space below. The three bedroom suites each have a private full bath, and the rear suite has a private covered terrace. The left wing of the floor is devoted to the master suite. After entering the suite, you find yourself in a central vestibule. Straight ahead there is room for an exercise area, which has doors to both a sauna and a steam room. To the right of the vestibule, you pass a dressing area with two walk–in closets, before reaching the bedroom and sitting area. The sitting area has a door that walks out to a private covered terrace. The master bath has a private toilet room, a linen closet, a tub, a separate shower, and two separate vanity sinks.
