This home was originally built with a curved courtyard in front, with square stone columns and a decorative metal railing. The stonework on the courtyard walls ties in with the stonework found on other parts of the house, and creates a nice foundation for this four–bedroom home.

After coming through the arched entry doors, you find yourself in a spacious foyer with small coat closets on either side of the doors. The foyer opens into a gallery space, which has a pair of French doors that open onto the outdoor courtyard in front. To the left is an arched opening to a formal dining room, which has a nook for built–ins or a dining room hutch. To the right a pair of sliding doors leads to a study, which also has French doors that bring in sunlight, and lead to the courtyard space. As you continue down the gallery space, you pass a powder room before entering an open kitchen space. The kitchen has a center island, and a free standing counter which can have an extended counter for eating. A pantry is located in one corner, and an open breakfast nook with angled bay windows and a glazed door leading to a large deck brightens the room with sunlight. Across from the breakfast nook is a stairwell, and a dropped wood beam divides the space from a two–story high family room, which has a central fireplace. Two–story high windows fill an arched opening that looks out to the front courtyard, and bring in tons of views and sunlight to the dramatic family room.

On the other side of the kitchen, an arched opening leads to a rear hall, where there is a laundry room which accesses a three–car garage and a secondary stairwell. A counter nook with a prep sink and under counter refrigerator is located right next to the dining room.

After climbing the primary staircase, the landing opens into a loft space which looks down to the family room below. The master suite has windows that look out to the front courtyard, and the master bath, which is located next to the walk–in closet, features both a shower and a tub. Across from the master bedroom is a bedroom suite, with its own private full bath, a walk–in closet, and a dormer window that looks out to the rear. Farther down the hall are the secondary staircase and two more bedrooms, which share a full bath.

If you build the basement level, there is an open recreation room with a full bar area, a gaming area, a wine cellar, a bedroom, a full bath, and a storage room. This home was originally built on a sloped lot, so sliding glass doors in the recreation room walk out to the backyard.
