When you enter the house you're on the same level as the master suite. On your right there's a coat closet, and stairs leading up a half level to the living spaces and down a half level to the guest suite. The ceiling in the living and dining areas rises from 8' at the edge of the fireplace to 10'6" at the rear wall. This wall is comprised almost entirely of glass, with two sliding glazed doors flanked by tall picture windows on each side, topped by small–paned windows that follow the line of the eyebrow roof. This area is warmed by a large stone fireplace that is angled toward them.

Columns support an arched opening between the dining area and the kitchen. The kitchen features a large island with a range on top (and a rounded raised counter facing the living room for casual dining and/or serving that is not shown in the floor plans we display), and a trio of windows above the sinks for light and views. Next to it, with windows in its two exterior walls, is an area with an optional built–in bench and a built–in desk next to the kitchen.

As you enter the foyer you're facing a pair of glazed doors that open to a screened porch that looks out to the rear. A door on the left opens to a private patio off the master bedroom. This bedroom has lots of glass facing the rear and one side, and it has two closets inside the room as well as two more just outside the entry. The bathroom has two doors so it can function as a powder room for guests. It has two vanities (one in a private toilet room), and a large shower with a bench beneath a window.

The lower level space is beneath the living area. In both the bedroom and the game room, pairs of tall windows sit next to glazed doors that access the rear yard. The remainder of the space is taken up by a full bath, a laundry, a mechanical room, and a storage closet.
