  • Study
  • Formal Dining Room
  • Vaulted Ceiling
  • Large Dining Nook

The barrel–shaped roof at the entry is supported by wood posts atop stone veneer pillars, inviting you onto the covered entry porch. The foyer has a two–story high ceiling with a pair of doors that open into a large study on the left, and a formal dining room on the right.

Straight ahead you pass a staircase on your left leading to the upper level and an optional (unfinished) basement, and a small vestibule with a coat closet, a built–in bench, and a powder room on your right before reaching the sunken great room. The great room features a dramatic 20' ceiling and terrific views to the rear and side. Two 6'–high windows with transom windows above flank a stone fireplace hearth, and four more large windows with transoms above provide abundant natural light along with views to the rear deck and beyond.

The kitchen is open to the great room and a large dining nook, separated from them only by a large island with a wrap–around raised counter for casual dining or serving, and a double sink next to a dishwasher. The nook has sliding glass doors that open onto the rear deck. These doors not only bring in plenty of sunlight, they also extend the dining space during warmer weather. The kitchen has abundant counter and cupboard space, and an opening between it and the formal dining room includes a butler's station and a pantry. A door from the kitchen area leads to a laundry room that also accesses an oversized three–car garage.

After coming upstairs, Bedroom 4 is located immediately to the right. An oversized bridge looks down to the great room on one side and the entry foyer on the other. Double doors open into the master suite. The bedroom area features a fireplace, a ceiling that vaults to 12'6", and windows that look out to the rear and sides of the house. The master bath has both a large soaking tub and a shower, a vanity with two separated sinks, and a door that opens into a large walk–in closet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have their own private vanity sink areas within the room, and share a bath with a toilet and a tub. Another full bath is located on this floor for Bedroom 4 and for public use.
