This handsome house was designed for a family whose property had great views to the rear. And the views can be enjoyed from almost every room in the house! There are two bedrooms on the main level, and a third bedroom with a bonus space and a private deck is located on one side on an upper level. The house also features an attached 3–car garage with a shop area.

The front door is set at the left edge of a large covered patio that wraps around the right side of the house. As you enter the house, the master suite is on your right and the living spaces are on your left. The far end of the foyer has a coffered ceiling and a built–in niche, and the ceiling here and throughout the main level is set at a lofty 10'.

The great room and the dining room are open to each other, separated visually by a pair of soffits with a coffered ceiling between them. The dining room ceiling is coffered, and a trio of picture windows provide light and views to the front. And because it's open to the great room, it enjoys views to the rear as well. The great room also has a coffered ceiling, and it has angled walls in all four corners – with built–in shelving in one, a built–in media center in another, and picture windows in the other two that look out to and through the large patio at the rear of the house. The patio can be reached by doors in both the kitchen area and the master bedroom. There's also a fireplace in the great room next to the media center.

The kitchen area is quite spacious, wrapping around a large unusually shaped island with a vegetable sink. There's a step–in pantry in one corner, plenty of counter and cabinet space, and a curved peninsula counter has a pair of sinks on top, a dishwasher below, and a raised counter for casual dining and/or serving. A sunny nook is located next to the kitchen, with views (of course!) to the rear that are also available to anyone in the kitchen.

A hallway off the kitchen provides access to the stairs to the upper loft level, a large laundry room that opens to the garage, a powder room, and bedroom two, which has its own full bath and long closet.

The rest of the main level is devoted to a fantastic master suite. A short hallway off the foyer (also with a coffered ceiling) leads to a pair of doors that open to the master bedroom. The bedroom has its own fireplace facing the sleeping area, built–ins below windows flanking the bed, three large picture windows that look out to and through the rear patio (where the homeowners installed a large spa tub), and a glazed door for access to the patio. You pass his & hers walk–in closets before entering the master bath. This room features a large soaking tub beneath a pair of windows, a large shower with a bench, a private toilet, and two vanities.

The ceilings on the small upper level are set at 9'. The bedroom has windows on two walls for light, views and ventilation, and it has its own full bath. A good–sized bonus room at the top of the stairs has one door that provides access to attic space over the main part of the house, and a pair of doors that open to a private balcony.
