You'll need a wide lot (the house measures 122 feet left to right) in order to build this house, but if your property can handle it this is a truly exceptional one–story house. There's an entry tower in front with its own low–pitched roof that stands 16' in height, and is defined by a pair of tapered columns wrapped in stone veneer. Openings on either side lead to courtyards that are defined by 42"–high stone privacy walls and graced with pergolas.

A pair of tall doors open to the foyer space with a lofty 10'6" ceiling (matching all the non–vaulted rooms of the house). A long counter on the left sits beneath a pair of windows, while on the right there's a wide coat closet. An opening flanked by built–ins brings you to the great room. The ceiling vaults to 14'6" down the centerline, running from the front of the house to the rear, with a beautiful grid pattern created by exposed beams. The far wall is filled with three large picture windows with additional windows both below and above them. There's a fireplace flanked by built–in cabinets on one wall, while the opposite wall is filled by tall sliding glass doors that open to a large covered courtyard space.

The kitchen and dining room also sit beneath a vaulted ceiling matching the one over the great room, but it runs east and west instead of north and south! The dining room has great views to and through the front courtyard, and a glass door that opens to it. The kitchen is quite spacious, and it features a center island with a vegetable sink on top, another island with a curved countertop for casual dining or serving, sinks set below windows for light and views, and a large walk–in pantry. Just like in the great room, there's a wall filled by tall sliding glass doors that open to the covered courtyard. This is an ideal spot for outdoor entertaining and/or dining.

An opening off the kitchen provides access to a number of different spaces and rooms. The first thing you pass is a desk/mail drop and a powder room on your left, and a hallway to the laundry room and the garage on your right. The laundry room doubles as a mudroom, with a door that opens to a two–car garage with a storage/mechanical room and a trash room off of it. Two other pairs of doors off the opening open to a den/media room and the third master suite. The bedroom has a fireplace in the corner, and once again there's a wall filled by tall sliding glass doors that open to an open terrace at the rear of the house. The bath area has two vanities, a large shower, a walk–in closet, and a private toilet. It would make for an ideal in law or guest suite.

An opening at the other end of the house, off the foyer and the great room, brings you to a vestibule with an extra coat closet. Two sets of double doors set at an angle open to the other two master suites. And it should come as no surprise that each bedroom also has the same sliding glass doors opening to outdoor terraces. The suite titled master #1 has a two–sided fireplace that can be enjoyed from bed or a large soaking tub. There's a wide closet for "him" and a walk–in for "her", and in the bath, in addition to the tub, there's a glass enclosed shower, two vanities, and a private toilet. Master #2 is quite similar, except the fireplace is located in the corner.

If you need space for a third vehicle, there's a detached garage with doors facing the 2–car garage.
