Architect:
Dale Mulfinger, FAIA
SALA Architects, Inc.
Total Sq. Ft.: 2650 Bedrooms: 4 Baths: 3.0
Unlike many homes which face their "long side" toward the street, this home presents a compact facade, making it ideal for a narrow lot. The house was originally built on the shore of a lake, where the rear-oriented living spaces and master suite took advantage of the lake views.
Architect:
Ed Kriskywicz

Total Sq. Ft.: 4121 Bedrooms: 5 Baths: 3.5
This home has many characteristics of the classic farmhouse, with its wraparound covered porch beneath a low–pitched roof, and hipped dormers projecting from a simple roof over the main portion of the house, all projecting an aura of understated elegance. Unlike farmhouses in the past, however, this home features a master suite on the main level, an optional elevator serving all 3 floors, and the walk–out lower level is designed as a full and complete in–law unit.
Architect:
Neil Aaronson
Aaronson Group
Total Sq. Ft.: 5480 Bedrooms: 4 Baths: 5.5
The exterior of this Mediterranean style home is detailed with traditional elements, such as tapered columns, decorative arabesques and moldings, arched openings, textured stucco, and 'Spanish' tile roofing. The interior rooms feature high coffered ceilings and arched openings, and the private courtyards located throughout extend the living spaces
Architect:
John Barrja
Barrja Design
Total Sq. Ft.: 3756 Bedrooms: 4 Baths: 3.5
The brick veneer, horizontal siding, and cedar shingles suggested for the exterior of this home are complemented by wood trim boards, shutters, and corbels. The front entry is distinguished by an arched brick opening, under a curved roof.
Architect:
William J. Allison, AIA
Allison Ramsey Architects, Inc.
Total Sq. Ft.: 4465 Bedrooms: 5 Baths: 5.0
This handsome southern home is reminiscent of the traditional Colonial style, with its classic formal entry porch, multi–paned windows throughout, brick exterior (although this is of course one of many options), and dormers at the front and rear to provide additional space on the third level. The home has a semi–attached three–car garage with an in–law unit above, which can easily be built as a detached garage if this works better on your site.
