As the name implies, this handsome home was originally designed to be located near water, with views looking out to the rear. Every room facing the water (or view) features sliding glass doors, providing views of and access to the outdoors. The use of stone on the exterior is complemented by the cedar wood shutters at the windows, and the multiple roof levels gives the home its unique character.
