The vertical wood siding of this home is accented by timber elements and wood bracket details. Abundant glazing brings in plenty of sunlight to the interior spaces, and the use of stucco at the basement level helps to make it more economical to build.

This single–story ranch house with a walk–out lower level combines Craftsman styling with rustic mountain detailing. The exterior is comprised primarily of stone veneer and stucco that, along with its broad overhangs and soft rolling roof forms, helps it merge with its natural surroundings.

Total Sq. Ft.: 2625 Bedrooms: 3 Baths: 2.5
Upon entering the stone floored foyer of this lovely home, you have three separate paths you may follow. One leads upstairs, another leads to the rear of the house, and yet another leads to the dining area and the great room. The great room features a vaulted ceiling, a large fireplace, a bay window, and a built–in bookcase. A glass door leads to a covered porch with an exposed deck. If you wish to take advantage of its passive solar design, the front of this house should face south.
