This cozy bungalow has a compact and efficient floor plan, and it has two entries at the front of the house – a formal entry into a foyer, and a utility entry into a mudroom. The exterior of the home is detailed with a combination of wood siding and wood shingles, with timber columns at the covered porches, and expanded shed dormers at the upper level.

This beautiful home features bay windows at the front and back, providing multiple views and letting in abundant sunlight. The use of stone, square columns, and wooden shutters gives the home an old world quality that is timeless.

Total Sq. Ft.: 2039 Bedrooms: 3 Baths: 2.5
This house, which was built for a couple of college professors, sits at the bottom of a hayfield that slopes down to the water. It's a very gentle and refined site, and the architect wanted to make sure the house would complement this landscape rather than compete with it.

Passive Solar Design
Total Sq. Ft.: 2600 Bedrooms: 2 Baths: 2.5
The Atrium house features a central atrium that brings sunlight down into the middle of the home. This home was designed to face northwest (or northeast, if the plans are reversed) to take advantage of its passive solar design, so it will fit lots oriented at an angle to the sun. The angled orientation also allows for more rooms on the south side of the house to receive sunlight.

Total Sq. Ft.: 2626 Bedrooms: 4 Baths: 3.5
This Craftsman style home has a covered entry porch that spans the entire width of the house, providing a perfect place to enjoy warm summer evenings. The exterior features both gable and shed dormers at the front and rear of the house. Partial height walls between the foyer and the dining room, and the kitchen beyond it, create distinct areas while preserving an open feeling.
