This home is unique in several ways: the floors are "upside-down" with the main living spaces located on the upper rather than the main level; there are two exterior chimneys on the right side of the house, for the two fireplaces that are located in the Study on the lower level and the Great Room on the upper level; and, the lower level features a large patio under trellises, a screened room and a patio off the Study, while the upper features a long porch along the windows of the Great Room wall at the rear of the home.

This unique, split–level home provides a dramatic gallery entryway, and a clear separation of living and sleeping areas. The U–shaped plan creates a partially enclosed courtyard, which is surrounded by glass for viewing from inside the house. The home was originally designed for a sloped lot, so it's designed to gently cascade down a hill.

Total Sq. Ft.: 5503 Bedrooms: 5 Baths: 5.5
This elegant home was built on property overlooking horse facilities and a spectacular polo field. The design imagery suggests a Kentucky–gentleman's breeder's ranch, with wrap–around porches, dormers, and a classic gray and white color scheme with a deep green roof. Driving under and through the house to a drive court in the rear provides access to the four–car garage. A separate live–in or in–law suite with separate stair is located over a private one–car garage.

This 2–car garage was originally built to accompany the Windy Ridge house, which we also offer. Its wood shingle/siding exterior and classic styling will complement a variety of houses. Dormers with small paned windows bring in sunlight to the attic storage above. The original owner used this as a one–car garage, and used the other bay as a workshop.

Total Sq. Ft.: 3962 Bedrooms: 4 Baths: 3.5
This home was originally built with a curved courtyard in front, with square stone columns and a decorative metal railing. The stonework on the courtyard walls ties in with the stonework found on other parts of the house, and creates a nice foundation for this four–bedroom home.
