Small House Plans
Our inventory of small house plans (which we define as homes with less than 1,800 sf of living space) continues to grow, as does our collection of small cabin plans and small cottage plans. We are now working with a number of architects who are known for creating exceptional small home designs. Small home plans can be ideal for people on a tight budget, or who need less space than their current home provides. One thing that all of our small house plans have in common is space efficiency, which often means an open space plan.
The small house designs we feature provide our customers with everything they need in a home. Our small house floor plans are suited to a variety of homeowners -- from empty nesters downsizing from the rambling family home, to families building on a small lot. Single professionals, and couples building their very first home, are also attracted to our compact, practical designs.
