A two–story high covered entryway has arched openings supported by elegant columns. This is truly a majestic house, inside and out. The foyer is also surrounded by tall elegant columns, and has a ceiling that soars to 21'. And as you pass beneath a bridge that connects the upper level rooms, the ceiling in the great room rises to 24'! This same height continues out to a large covered patio at the rear of the house. In addition to the living room, formal dining room, and kitchen on the main level, there's also a large family room and breakfast nook off the kitchen, a wet bar off the living room, a media room off the foyer, and a bedroom suite for guests or older family members. The master suite upstairs is huge, occupying the entire left side of the house, and there are three additional full suites on the other side.

This second version of Luxury Living was created by the designer for one of our former customers. They loved the look and feel of this spectacular house, but they didn't need the walk–out basement level. Other small changes were made, but overall it's nearly identical to the original – same towering ceilings and incredible views; same exquisite wood detailing; and the same number of bedrooms on the main and upper levels.

This gorgeous and utterly unique home almost defies description! The multiple roof sections are covered with either metal or tile, and the outer walls are covered with v–grooved stucco and synthetic stone, but these words fail to describe the impact that these materials make on the overall appearance of the house. Built on property that slopes to the front in the direction of the view, this is truly one of the most unique homes we've ever seen!

European Luxury Living exudes the beauty and elegance of old world design through its use of stone veneer and detailing on the exterior, numerous arched openings found throughout, interior trim details, and the exterior portico that connects the house to the second garage. This stately home features two–story high rooms, a study with an octagon–shaped reading area, both a game room and a media room on the upper level, multiple fireplaces, and two(!) two–car garages.

This magnificent 7,893 square foot home was originally built right by the water on the Florida coast, and it was designed with plenty of luxurious amenities. The stepped tile roofs help to keep this home from feeling too massive, and blend in well with the rest of the Mediterranean aesthetic. Beyond the grand entry rotunda, you will find such spaces as a billiard room, an exercise room, a playroom, outdoor patios and upper terraces.
