A 10'–deep covered porch welcomes you to this unique home. The facade is purposefully asymmetrical, and the original homeowner selected materials that contrasted both in colors and in textures. But nothing about the front of this house prepares you for its elegant and stylist interior. The ceilings are set at a dramatic 10' on the main level, adorned with gorgeous wood detailing and lighting fixtures in the center of several rooms. Unique windows with cross–hatched small panes in the upper portions above clear glass provide views in all directions, and a screened porch at the rear is accessed directly by either the dining room or the master bedroom.

This luxurious home features a unique and beautiful exterior along with fine wood finishes and details inside. The dramatic circular staircase is encased in a curved outer wall with a stone veneer finish – one of many unusual elements that include angled and bump–out walls throughout, numerous roof elements, a sunken living room with a ceiling that rises to over 19', and a continuous covered deck that wraps around the entire rear and one side of the house.

This is a small house built within a 36'x36' outline, but everything about its look and feel is unique. It was designed for a steep lot, but it can work just as well on a flat piece of property. There are views in all four directions, and decks that span the rear and one side connect to a screened porch at the corner. Skylights allow natural light to fill the master bath and closet on the main level, as well as a charming office space/study on the upper level. Both bedrooms on the second floor have access to a small roof deck.

This is a classic Craftsman house with a distinctive exterior and a warm and welcoming interior. There's a 10'–deep covered porch at the front, and a large patio nestled into one side. The living room has a centrally–located fireplace and excellent views to the front and one side. The ceilings here and throughout the living spaces on the main level are set at a lofty 10'. The master suite's on the upper level, along with two additional bedrooms, and if you choose to build the basement you can have another bedroom suite along with a spacious family room.
