Recently Added Plans

We are constantly adding new house plans to our site. These new homes are shown in the order they were added, with the newest homes displayed first. There are always 30 homes in this list, so if we add 5 new house plans at the beginning, the 5 at the end disappear. This enables return visitors to view our new home plans without looking at our entire portfolio.

Multi-Gabled Craftsman Classic

Architect: David LiaBraaten
DesignHaus

Total Sq. Ft.: 4208  Bedrooms: 4  Baths: 4.5

The first thing you notice as you approach this classic Craftsman–style house are the gables – there are six of them facing the front, and a seventh over the third garage bay facing the entryway. Each of them features traditional wooden knee braces, and this wood detailing is evident throughout the interior. The rear of the house has five more gables with matching Craftsman detailing. Two stone veneer–sheathed columns support the covered entry, and this stone exterior cladding is used extensively along the lower portions of the house.

Luxury Living 4

Architect: Jon Rentfrow
Rentfrow Residential Design

Total Sq. Ft.: 2711  Bedrooms: 3  Baths: 3.5

Finally...a smaller version of one of our best–selling homes! Nearly everyone who sees photos of the original Luxury Living home is knocked out by its beauty, both inside and out. Unfortunately, not everyone is looking to build (or can afford to build) a 4,585sf house with a 2,800sf lower level. This latest version looks just like the original, but it's just 2,700sf with a 1,400sf lower level.

One Floor With Walk-Out Lower

Architect: Jon Rentfrow
Rentfrow Residential Design

Total Sq. Ft.: 2744  Bedrooms: 2  Baths: 2.5

While handsome and beautifully detailed, the front of this house gives no indication of its dramatic interior and fantastic views! There's a master and a guest suite on the main level, while the downstairs is designed for another guest suite, a large recreation area with a full bar, and an exercise room that could be a bedroom by simply adding a closet. Ceiling heights vary from a lofty 10' to a dramatic 13' in the great room.

Mountain View

Architect: Jon Rentfrow
Rentfrow Residential Design

Total Sq. Ft.: 3048  Bedrooms: 3  Baths: 2.5

Craftsman detailing combines with unique exterior materials to create a rugged yet contemporary appearance. Great rear views are provided from both the main and upper levels, as well as from an optional lower level. A spacious master suite is located on the main floor, while upstairs there are two additional bedrooms and a large office space with a private deck.

Contemporary Yet Classic

Architect: Jon Rentfrow
Rentfrow Residential Design

Total Sq. Ft.: 3893  Bedrooms: 4  Baths: 4.5

The layout of the rooms is contemporary, as are the lines and details on the exterior, but the overall look and feel would be best described as classic. The great room has a dramatic ceiling set at 18', and large lower and upper windows provide great views to the rear. It features a formal dining room with an elegant crossed–beam ceiling along with a sunny breakfast nook off the kitchen. The spacious master suite is on the main level – as is a study that would work perfectly as an office – and there are three more bedrooms upstairs.
