Another extraordinary Craftsman–style home by Brian Hanlen and the team at Brooks Design/Build. Incredible wood detailing on the outside and throughout the interior of this gorgeous house, along with a fluid and functional floor plan, make this an ideal home for a family that wants to build a four (or five) bedroom home. Among its many unique features are an office on the main level that can double as a guest bedroom, and a large family room with a private deck on the upper level, where the bedrooms are located.

The exterior of this handsome home is comprised of thick stucco and synthetic stone. It has great views to the rear, and a deck to enjoy these views that is nearly 44' wide and ranges from 14' to 20' in depth. Some of its unique features include a sunken living room and family room, a sunny study off the landing between floors, vaulted ceilings in the foyer, living room, and the master bedroom, and a garage large enough for three vehicles and a shop.

The name of this home says it all – an incredibly beautiful house, in a classic Tuscan style. The elegant arches at the exterior, which have such a profound effect on the appearance of the house, are repeated throughout the stunning interior. The combination of materials on the outside – soft–toned stucco; pre–cast concrete moldings, columns and balustrade; rounded custom wood front door wrapped by wide glass panels; and Spanish tiles on the roof – work perfectly together. While clearly a luxury home by any standard, it says so in a soft and understated manner.

This traditional Southern classic was originally designed for the low country of the Carolinas, but as you'll see from the many photos we have of this house, it would fit in nicely nearly anywhere. There are views from every room on the main level, through tall windows topped by transoms, and dormer windows in the front and clerestory windows in the rear allow even more natural light. The ceilings are set at an astonishing 11', making all the rooms feel more spacious. A covered porch spans the entire front of the house, and one at the rear is flanked by screen porches and is connected to an open deck.
