This exquisite Craftsman–style home provides ample room to enjoy the outdoor scenery, with a front porch that spans the width of the house, and a full span rear porch with a wraparound deck. Classic wood detailing and craftsmanship are found throughout, from the exterior cedar shingles, wood columns and brackets, to the interior wood posts, molding, and wainscoting.

For the exterior of this handsome one–story home the original homeowners chose lap siding, manufactured stone veneer, and strong timber detailing (particularly at the entrance). These finishes and details work beautifully with the home's unique rooflines. The house also features a lovely enclosed front courtyard area, and once inside, fantastic views to the rear and sides.

The unique rooflines – three stepped–back gables on the left and another on the right, with a long crossing section between them – are the first things one notices when approaching this beautiful single–story home. The original homeowners selected concrete tile for the roof, and a combination of board and batten siding, shingle siding, and battered stone veneer for the exterior. This house works equally well in urban and rural settings.

This stunning house is reminiscent of a contemporary country villa in a valley of Tuscany, thanks to its combination of stone and stucco walls topped by a low–pitched tile roof. The circular stair tower is finished with stone and juts out from the more private front facade, while the rear provides expansive views with abundant glazed doors and windows.

As you approach the front door, the low–key exterior of this handsome one–story home gives little hint of its dramatic interior. The front of the house is an inverted V–shape, with the entry set back at the point of the V, while the sides and rear have an irregular zig–zag pattern. The entire rear of the house is comprised of large windows and sliding glazed doors set at angles that provide a sweeping 180–degree view.
