What stands out most about this striking home is its plethora of windows. Clearly (yes, the pun is intended) a view house, with lower and upper glazing wrapping from corner to corner around the entire rear of the house, there are also quite a number of smaller windows used throughout the house. The result is a bold and truly unique design statement. All this glass, combined with simple, high quality materials and finishes and unique rooflines, created an elegant, one–of–a–kind home.

This beautiful wood–crafted home was originally built in Florida, and as you can see from the photos, it exudes a sense of island living at its best! Covered porches at the front and rear of the house, on both the main and upper levels, provide four unique spaces to sit and enjoy the outdoors, and to take in the architectural details that make this house so charming. The wooden columns that support the upper porch and the roof create a symmetrical order that is complemented by the decorative wood brackets, while the cupola on the third level provides an element of surprise.
