Prairie Craftsman

Architect: John Barrja
Barrja Design

Total Sq. Ft.: 5185  Bedrooms: 5  Baths: 5.5

The multiple horizontal lines created by the rooflines, windows, and other exterior elements give this house a Prairie–style look and feel. A trellis at the front brings you to an enclosed courtyard space. On the main level, there's a very spacious master suite on one side of the house, as well as a guest suite that could of course be put to other uses. There are three more bedroom suites on the upper level, along with a 400sf game room and a separate play room.

European Tudor

Architect: John Barrja
Barrja Design

Total Sq. Ft.: 4759  Bedrooms: 5  Baths: 5.0

This beautiful home has a classic European look, employing steeply–pitched front and rear facing rooflines, multi–paned windows, Tudor–style wood details, and a cupola atop a projecting element filled with windows. The foyer and the kitchen feature two–story tall ceilings, and the great room has an 11'4" ceiling, while the rest of the spaces on the main level enjoy 10' ceilings. The master suite occupies the entire right side of the main level, and there's a guest room that could be used as a study or an office that's next to the formal dining room. There's a sunny nook off the kitchen, and a covered terrace off the great room. The upper level has three bedroom suites, a media room, and a large game room.

Country Estate

Barrja Design

Total Sq. Ft.: 5087  Bedrooms: 4  Baths: 3.5

This estate home combines a French Country style roofline with other European influences. The 2–car garage is separated from the 1–car garage by a convenient porte–cochere, and the space on the upper level right above them includes a large recreation room with a wet bar and a home theatre. The master suite is quite spacious, including an octagon–shaped sitting area off the bedroom with a wrap around view.

Mountain Chalet

Architect: Jon Rentfrow
Rentfrow Residential Design

Total Sq. Ft.: 6863  Bedrooms: 3  Baths: 2.5

This stunning home was inspired by a chalet in a Swiss ski town. Stone and brick on the exterior – combined with steep pitched turrets – exemplify high–elevation mountain living, while an extraordinary amount of glazing across the entire rear of the house provides magnificent views. Many ornate details are seen throughout the interior, from the trim moldings and stenciling to the large exposed trusses.

European Luxury Living

Architect: F.P. Wynn
Wynn Architecture

Total Sq. Ft.: 6184  Bedrooms: 5  Baths: 5.5

European Luxury Living exudes the beauty and elegance of old world design through its use of stone veneer and detailing on the exterior, numerous arched openings found throughout, interior trim details, and the exterior portico that connects the house to the second garage. This stately home features two–story high rooms, a study with an octagon–shaped reading area, both a game room and a media room on the upper level, multiple fireplaces, and two(!) two–car garages.
