Majestic Mediterranean

Architect: Neill Aarons
Aarons Architects

Total Sq. Ft.: 4762  Bedrooms: 5  Baths: 5.5

A two–story high covered entryway has arched openings supported by elegant columns. This is truly a majestic house, inside and out. The foyer is also surrounded by tall elegant columns, and has a ceiling that soars to 21'. And as you pass beneath a bridge that connects the upper level rooms, the ceiling in the great room rises to 24'! This same height continues out to a large covered patio at the rear of the house. In addition to the living room, formal dining room, and kitchen on the main level, there's also a large family room and breakfast nook off the kitchen, a wet bar off the living room, a media room off the foyer, and a bedroom suite for guests or older family members. The master suite upstairs is huge, occupying the entire left side of the house, and there are three additional full suites on the other side.

Tuscan Beauty

Architect: John Sutton, Architect
John Sutton

Total Sq. Ft.: 4491  Bedrooms: 4  Baths: 2.5

The name of this home says it all – an incredibly beautiful house, in a classic Tuscan style. The elegant arches at the exterior, which have such a profound effect on the appearance of the house, are repeated throughout the stunning interior. The combination of materials on the outside – soft–toned stucco; pre–cast concrete moldings, columns and balustrade; rounded custom wood front door wrapped by wide glass panels; and Spanish tiles on the roof – work perfectly together. While clearly a luxury home by any standard, it says so in a soft and understated manner.

Villa Milano

Architect: Jon Rentfrow
Rentfrow Residential Design

Total Sq. Ft.: 3800  Bedrooms: 4  Baths: 3.5

Low–pitched tile roofs and the combination of stucco and stone are ideally suited to this European–style home. You pass through an entrance tower before entering a large courtyard space with an outdoor fireplace. Nearly the entire main level of the house is vaulted, including the master bedroom and bath. Two separate 2–car garages face a motor court at the side of the house. There are three bedrooms upstairs, and if you choose to build the basement level there's a guest suite off of an enormous entertainment area.

Mediterranean Style Villa

Architect: F.P. Wynn
Wynn Architecture

Total Sq. Ft.: 4623  Bedrooms: 4  Baths: 4.5

This magnificent luxury home was designed by the architect for his son, so it was clearly a special project. The exterior's shape, multiple rooflines, and fine detailing combine to create a house that is truly unique and utterly stunning! This attention to detail of course carries into the interior, which is best described as opulent. It's distinguished by soaring ceilings, classic columns, arched openings, and luxurious materials. If you're looking for a four–bedroom luxury home, you need to take a look at this Mediterranean–style masterpiece.

Cape Coral

Architect: Michael J. Eckhardt
Arkos

This Mediterranean–style home emphasizes outdoor living with its many outdoor balconies, and a veranda with an outdoor kitchen. Its exterior is clad with stucco and abundant windows, as well as a "Spanish" tile roof. It also features a home theater room, both a casual and a formal dining room, and an upper game room.
