This is a classic Craftsman house with a distinctive exterior and a warm and welcoming interior. There's a 10'–deep covered porch at the front, and a large patio nestled into one side. The living room has a centrally–located fireplace and excellent views to the front and one side. The ceilings here and throughout the living spaces on the main level are set at a lofty 10'. The master suite's on the upper level, along with two additional bedrooms, and if you choose to build the basement you can have another bedroom suite along with a spacious family room.

This compact 3–bedroom house was originally designed as a vacation home. The exterior features Craftsman detailing and exposed wood at the eaves, and the homeowners chose cedar shingles for the outer walls. There are great views to the rear and sides from both levels of the house, and a large fireplace warms all the primary living spaces.

This gorgeous Craftsman–style house features classic wood detailing and wood shingles on the exterior, giving it a rustic yet refined appearance. The exterior walls move in and out, giving the house a unique look and feel from inside, and allows for a very large enclosed courtyard on one side. The master suite is located on the main level at the rear of the house, and two additional bedrooms share a playroom on the upper level. A room just off the foyer would work equally well as a home office, a den, or a library.

The original homeowners who built this classic Craftsman–style house chose bold colors and varying textures to highlight all the architectural elements. While the look and "feel" is pure Craftsman, the ceilings are set at a comfortable 9', and the floor plan is perfectly suited to the way families actually use their homes. The huge walk–in pantry off the kitchen is one of our favorite elements, along with the views enjoyed by every room in the house.
