A tower with arched openings rises from the rear, and cleverly houses a chimney, blending it seamlessly into the design. The large atrium allows sunlight to fill the center of this unique home, and it aids in natural cooling as well. All the rooms on the first floor are vaulted, and all have lots of windows that provide abundant natural light as well as views. The large attached garage can accommodate up to three vehicles. The covered entry is accessed through a courtyard. If you wish to take advantage of its passive solar design, the front of this house should face northeast (or northwest if reversed).
