This lovely and spacious home was inspired by the traditional architecture of North and South Carolina. This classic look begins with the covered porches at the front (on the main level) and rear (on the upper level), which are framed with square white columns. These and other traditional exterior features, along with all the wood shuttered windows, give this home its southern charm. A unique octagonal tower projecting from the left side of the house continues up to a quiet and private third floor observatory, with all three levels providing 270–degree views!

Decorative wood details, exterior wood shutters, and covered porches in the front and rear make for a charming country house, which would fit in nicely in either a suburban or more rural setting.

This elegant home was built on property overlooking horse facilities and a spectacular polo field. The design imagery suggests a Kentucky–gentleman's breeder's ranch, with wrap–around porches, dormers, and a classic gray and white color scheme with a deep green roof. Driving under and through the house to a drive court in the rear provides access to the four–car garage. A separate live–in or in–law suite with separate stair is located over a private one–car garage.

This four-bedroom home has classic architectural elements and details, such as flying gables, copper spires, wood corbels, and small paned glass windows. The interior is just as impressive, with high vaulted ceilings, and a barrel ceiling in the dining room.
