This home exudes both warmth and stability, thanks to the combination of stone veneer, wood shingles, wood timber posts, and wood corbel detailing on the exterior. The interior has an open layout with plenty of windows and deck space, and it features two fireplaces – one in the family room and one in the hearth room – to warm the home during colder seasons.

This home has a welcoming feel as you climb up the entry porch steps. A screened porch sits near the entry, and a verandah wraps around the front of the house to a larger side deck. The roof above the verandah provides shade, and is supported by prominent columns that reach the ground. This home is all about enjoying the outdoor spaces as well as the interior spaces.

Sunshine is a compact home with many special features. It is especially well suited for retired or childless couples, or for singles. It has also been designed for wheelchair accessibility. The entire great room, kitchen and dining area have vaulted ceilings, as does the master bedroom, which also has a skylight over the bed for stargazing. If you wish to take advantage of its passive solar design, the front of this house should face north.

This unique home really emphasizes outdoor living and dining. It features a large covered outdoor kitchen/sitting space located next to the rear terrace that has a sink, an under counter refrigerator, space for a flat–screen TV, a barbeque, and a fire pit. Also just off the terrace is a spa area. Three bedroom suites – each with its own private full bath – jut out from three corners of the home, which creates more opportunities for windows and maximum outdoor views. This provides three options for the master suite!
