Emerald Island

Architect: Ed Kriskywicz
Construction Design

Total Sq. Ft.: 2960  Bedrooms: 3  Baths: 2.5

This is a truly unique home, unlike any we've seen before. Designed for a lakefront lot, it provides great views to the rear and the sides on the main level – from a rounded porch that projects from the house at the back, as well as a large rounded deck and a rounded stairwell that project from either side. This is true for the second level too, where the master bedroom matches the porch beneath it (wrapped completely by windows), and both the master bath and the stairwell have window–filled curved walls. And believe it or not there's another room on a third level that matches the master bedroom, which can be used for entertaining or another bedroom.

Good Morning

Architect: Ed Kriskywicz
Construction Design

Total Sq. Ft.: 2340  Bedrooms: 3  Baths: 3.0

This house features a fantastic rear view through a curved outer wall that wraps around the living and dining areas. The ceiling in these spaces rises to a stunning 21 feet, and windows wrap around the upper portion of the curved wall as well. The unique kitchen sits at a 45–degree angle to the living spaces, and enjoys the same lower and upper panoramic view.

Magical Mix of Materials

Architect: Jon Rentfrow
Rentfrow Residential Design

Total Sq. Ft.: 3066  Bedrooms: 3  Baths: 3.5

Unlike most homes designed for a view, this house emphasizes the ones to the front, although views to the rear can be enjoyed from a patio and a screened porch with a fireplace. There's a deep, curved, wrap–around covered deck at the front, and tremendous views from all the rooms on the main level are focused in this direction as well. This beautiful two–story home has unique features inside and out, including an octagonal sitting room off the master bedroom that projects out from the house. It has it's own steeply peaked roof that covers a ceiling that vaults to the center, a fireplace, and windows fill three of the angled walls. There are two bedroom suites on the upper level, and if you choose to construct the walk–out lower level it provides a guest suite, and recreation room, and a home theater.

Unique Style With Views

Architect: John Barrja
Barrja Design

Total Sq. Ft.: 4396  Bedrooms: 4  Baths: 4.5

The first things one notices when approaching this unique home are hipped roofs over an office/bedroom on the left and over the den on the right. Each room has a cathedral ceiling, and both are surrounded by lower and upper windows. With the exception of the office/bedroom above the garage, this is a one–story home with a complete lower level that walks out to the rear and side.

Luxury Living 3

Architect: Jon Rentfrow
Rentfrow Residential Design

Total Sq. Ft.: 4853  Bedrooms: 3  Baths: 3.5

This third variation of the extremely popular Luxury Living plan was designed at the request of a client who wanted a more spacious master suite with a sitting area and bigger walk–in closets, an enlarged laundry room, an elevator, and an additional powder room. With the upper level option 3, the main and upper levels feature three bedrooms, three full baths, and two half–baths.
