An Island

Architect: R W Knight
Knight Architecture

Total Sq. Ft.: 1237  Bedrooms: 3  Baths: 1.0

This rustic house vacation house is small (just 1,237 sf), but there's room for three bedrooms on the main level, and a sleeping loft space for guests on the upper level. The kids' bedrooms are quite small, but each has its own loft space. A large deck wraps around the living and dining areas at the rear of the house, and next to it there's a screened porch that can be accessed from both the deck and the living room.

The Cottage

Architect: R W Knight
Knight Architecture

Total Sq. Ft.: 1539  Bedrooms: 3  Baths: 2.0

This compact cottage would work perfectly as a cabin or a vacation home. At just over 1,500 sf, it still has room for three bedrooms and two full baths. All three bedrooms enjoy excellent views. The kitchen, dining, and living room occupy one open space, so all can enjoy a large fireplace. An open deck spans the rear of the house.

Andy's Point

Architect: Ed Kriskywicz
Construction Design

Total Sq. Ft.: 2477  Bedrooms: 3  Baths: 3.0

This three–level cottage features a number of unique design elements, particularly at the rooflines. Abundant windows, along with a large screened porch and deck off the great room, allow you to enjoy the views to either side of the house along with those to the rear. Andy's Point also has a small footprint, making it ideal for smaller and/or narrow lots.

Lake Cabin 2

Architect: Eric Gedney
Eric Gedney Architect

Total Sq. Ft.: 3263  Bedrooms: 3  Baths: 2.5

With a footprint size of 32'x54', Lake Cabin 2 is only 2' longer than the original Lake Cabin home, but offers 669 SF of additional living space. The square footage was increased by taking some of the workshop space on the original ground floor and adding an office with a walk–in closet, enlarging the family room on the main level by removing the jogs and continuing the walls on the main level, and by utilizing the upper attic spaces next to the original master dressing area. The attic spaces have been converted into two separate closets, which creates an opportunity for an office/sitting area where the dressing area used to be. An added covered deck off of the great room provides additional outdoor living space.

Aspen Resort

Architect: Ed Kriskywicz
Construction Design

Total Sq. Ft.: 2765  Bedrooms: 2  Baths: 2.5

This stylish two–bedroom, one–story home displays Ed Kriskywicz's penchant for creating homes with totally unique – and highly functional – floor plans. Angled walls and bump–outs create truly interesting and attractive interior spaces while providing an array of outdoor views. The ceilings in the foyer, the master bedroom, and bedroom 2 are all set at a lofty 12', and in the living room it rises to just over 17'. Both bedrooms have private decks, and the dining room features a panoramic view.
