This house has an exterior modeled on the classic Victorians of another age, but the interior layout is thoroughly contemporary, as it's rare that families want all the small rooms of that era. A covered porch spans the entire front of the house – wrapping around an octagon–shaped space off the family room inside – and then continues along the side. The master suite is located at the back of the house for privacy and quiet, and there are three more bedrooms upstairs, two of which share a unique octagon–shaped bath.

This lovely Victorian–style home features a number of rooms with large window bays that fill them with light while providing views. On the main level, the living room extends out to a sitting area with five windowed walls; the dining room has a bumped out bay on one outer wall and a window seat on another; and a windowed bay in the breakfast nook is topped by an octagonal ceiling. And on the upper level, the master bedroom has a sitting area that matches the sitting area below it in the living room, and bedroom 2 matches the dining room below it. This house also has a covered porch that wraps all the way around the front to the rear.
